Integration
At the headquarters of a multinational retailer, I managed the move of 1,000+ staff from three separate locations to a new building. This complex project involved coordinating with 30+ staff representatives, hosting weekly meetings, and executing six phased move dates. I conducted 65+ walkthroughs, provided custom packing support and materials, and facilitated communication through three customized Microsoft Teams channels. Partnering with the moving company, I meticulously planned and scheduled the move to minimize downtime. Comprehensive post-move support ensured a smooth transition and successful relocation for all departments.
As Project Manager, I led the seamless relocation of a biotechnology company, moving 75+ staff and 300+ pieces of lab equipment. This included coordinating with manufacturers for equipment decommissioning, crating, and reinstalling, as well as collaborating with lab teams to inventory and map items. I partnered with a moving company to plan and execute the two-day move, managing logistics and building requirements to ensure zero damages. Clear communication minimized disruption and ensured a smooth transition.
Working with a team of staff, I led an annual project at a national non-profit to procure, print, and ship 11,000+ custom uniforms to 80 locations nationwide. Using tailored online tools, I ensured accurate orders across 64+ variants, following brand guidelines and funder requirements. By aligning costs with recruitment goals and budgets, I effectively controlled expenses. Regularly monitoring vendor performance helped mitigate quality and delivery risks.
In an effort to consolidate and enhance the efficiency of online resources for staff, I orchestrated the integration of vital training materials into the organization's broader intranet platform, maintaining brand integrity. This involved planning deliverables, transitioning content seamlessly, and developing training strategies for staff liaisons. I provided prompt support for inquiries and maintained regular updates and detailed reporting to senior leadership throughout the initiative.
